Now, having been through the hands of the Vintage ProShop team of highly skilled luthiers, the V100 emerges looking stunning with a gorgeous emerald green metallic finish, offset with cream body binding, cream pickup covers, white scratchplate, gold hardware and amber control knobs.

Many hours have been spent taking back the original finish of the maple veneer top, then applying a new white undercoat followed by this vivid emerald green metallic finish, with a final cellulose top coat.

Subtle aging with authentic lacquer cracks have been all expertly undertaken by hand, the way only the Vintage team know how, as the V100 Emerald Green emerges as a beautiful looking instrument that’s been played and cherished by the owner for decades.

A pair of Wilkinson® WP90SK stacked soap bar pickups provide a wide range of rich, double and single coil tones, whilst accurate intonation, tuning stability and increased sustain is assured with three-a-side Grover® tulip machine heads, 43mm Graphtech® NuBone precision cut nut, Wilkinson T.O.M. roller bridge and die-cast aluminium, gold plated Bigsby vibrato tailpiece.

With its evolutionary shaped, bound mahogany body, graceful descending bass side shoulder and the ingeniously-designed offset heel, access to the upper reaches of the 22 fret bound rosewood fingerboard is a breeze.

Mahogany body with carved maple cap and flamed veneer provides resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort.
