We've made this guitar with our one piece maple neck, sporting a bone nut and 6 in line chrome machine heads. The neck has been carefully reliced to mimic BJ's wear pattern, and we've added artificial aging to the fretboard to simulate the years of sweat and dirt that has built a dark layer on Blue's fretboard. This is married to a gloss daphne blue alder body which has been painstakingly reliced to match the original, extensive, wear patterns. We've added all the stickers, residue patches, and gaffer tape. The body is equipped with a chrome tremolo, with swapped out saddles to black, chrome strap locks and jack plate. The aged white 3 ply pickguard has been dyed to match Blue's yellowing pattern, roughly routed (like the original) for an angled bridge Seymour Duncan JB humbucker. The neck and middle pickups are Old Timer Shimmer single coils. The switch has been jammed in the bridge position as BJ does to ensure that it doesn't get accidentally knocked.
