Once it's fitted it's all good, switch and pots operate great and together with a new pair of pickups I was fitting it transformed my guitar into a better sounding one.
But... Chucking a prewired harness into a jiffy bag together with other fragile electrical components without any other means of securing the contents - that's putting A LOT of trust in royal mail. Not the safest and probably slightly overcharged postage if you ask me.
