Using this with a 12" Remo Frame Drum, the drum fits securely into the mount and the rubber covered mounts ensure that the shell doesn't get scratched. A very simple and relatively low cost bit of kit that means that I can use the frame drum off an LP percussion bracket mounted to the bass drum hoop.
