The Custom Custom Trembucker delivers that familiar alnico 2 warmth, along with the rich midrange harmonics of a hotter pickup. The result is a pickup that sounds full, and sweet, and has a warm lower midrange growl that really brings chords to life. The Custom Custom has a fatter treble response than any other pickup, and that gives solos a sweet, singing quality. Great for adding fullness and warmth to any humbucker equipped instrument.Pair with the Jazz model, or Pearly Gates model in the neck for a versatile setup.Trembuckers have wider pole piece spacing, perfect for symmetrical positioning under the strings of guitars with a tremolo or wide spaced hard tail bridge (2 or wider from the centre of the Low E to High E directly over the bridge pickup). Hand built in our Santa Barbara, CA factory, the Custom Custom Trembucker uses an alnico 2 bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance.
